We welcome business with local restaurants, rest homes, schools, etc. We will work with you to grow what you want, when you want it, at a fair price. We can provide references from well known institutions in NE Iowa who are already GL customers.
ISU Extension has prepared pamphlets to help inform and encourage food service institutions to use locally raised farm products. You can view them here, and download them to print. The first covers the benefits, regulations, and guidelines for buying local, and the second covers more specific questions that should be answered before buying local products.
