Pork: chops, ground pork, bacon, shoulder roast, smoked ham, ribs, and brats or sausage

Custom Orders
Beef, Pork and Lamb are also available as whole or half-carcass, custom butchered to your specifications. Please call or email for availability
- Beef by the Half or Whole Carcass- custom butchered - $1.75/lb live weight plus processing.
- Pork by the Whole Carcass- custom butchered - $0.75/lb hanging weight, plus processing and $10-15 trucking charge.
- Lamb by the Whole Carcass- custom butchered - $1.75/lb live weight plus processing.
We deliver the beef, pork or lamb to the locker, and you tell the butcher what cuts you want. You are responsible for paying the processing fee and picking up your meat when it is ready.
